Computer Password Reset & Work Order Process

The process for password reset through VCS: 

a.) VCS E-mail password reset link: Click here

b.) If you have an issue with Canvas, or your student ID number, please complete the LMS Technology Assistance form.

The process for submitting a VCS device work order at VCECHS: 

a.) Students should report the matter to a teacher or member of staff.

b.) The teacher or member of staff will submit a work order online on behalf of the student. The student will be notified when the technician is on-site to fix their device.
